They tout improvements and features, but really this is a step down from previous years for Desktop version. Even though we do a significant amount of Quickbooks support for clients, if a competitor released a comparable version, I would switch clients to that very quickly. Not Peachtree though. It will not download. I have all the requirements to download. I enter both of numbers and there is no activation. This product did not work even after uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times Had to purchase a different copy in order to have a working copy of Quickbooks. Please refund me the money as I had to unistall from my computer.

This person has been good to work with but it has taken another hours out of 2 days, completely halting productivity. This has cost me well over a thousand dollars in down time, accounting fees, and independent tech support fees. QB now has my company file and access password at it’s data center to find the corruption in the code.

Saying that anything I enter in QB during this time will need to be redone in a week if they succeed infixing the issue.
